What’s the service like?
At EBC, you will greeted by our team and handed a bulletin when you enter the Worship Center. A typical EBC service opens with Scripture Reading followed by a song led by our Worship Team (find out what we're singing that Sunday by clicking HERE). One of our pastors will welcome those in attendance and talk through opportunities to be involved in our church. Make sure to raise your hand as the ushers come by to receive a gift and a free coffee coupon to our "Mochas for Missions" coffee stand. The pastor will pray, and offering plates will be passed down the rows while the Worship Team plays a song (if you're new to EBC, feel free to let the plate pass you by). The Worship Team will then continue with a few more songs and a prayer.
One of our pastors will then preach (using the New American Standard Bible) through a particular passage of Scripture (sermons are typically 40-45 minutes in length), making application from that particular text (this is known as expository preaching...check out our sermons HERE). We'll close our service with a song and Scripture as we start our week.
If you would like to know more about EBC before you leave, stop by the Connections Desk. Our team would love to meet you!
How long is the service?
Our service typically lasts one hour and fifteen minutes.
What about kids?
Jubilee Junction (our Children's Ministry Wing) is fully staffed for both the 9:00 AM Equipping Hour and 10:30 AM Service. Click HERE for more information and to see our Campus Map. We also offer a feed of the 10:30 AM service in our Fireside Room (right off the Worship Center).
How do people normally dress?
We're a multi-generational church, so you'll find folks wearing every-day clothes, suits and dresses, and everything in between.
Where can I park?
We have reserved parking spots for visitors closest to our entry doors. Make sure to show up early since these fill up fast!
